We have worked it out with the Holiday Inn Harrisburg West to put aside 30 rooms for us for the event. This hotel is by far the best around with a pool and club/bar inside and Applebees across the street. Room Rates are final at $126 a nigth for two nights. We have until APR 4TH to use up all the rooms. If not we lose whatever rooms weren't booked and everyone else is on their own from their basically cause its hard to find a hotel that late and the rates are 190 a night normally.
