I have signed up and paid for the show.

As we get closer to the date, we should set a meeting place for the drive to American Muscle.

I'm going, everybody happy! We need to go though Staten Island.
The Long Islanders can meet someplace off the Southern State Pky. Maybe Modells?
We can meet Tommy & Warren on the road.
Registration & Check-in Time: 9am-11am, Saturday (9/11)
Saturday 9/11/2010 (rain date of 9/18)
It takes around 3Hrs. to get there.
4Hrs. with traffic.

Kevin you should go to the introduction section and introduce yourself. Now we have 4 members who use the forum.

I'm paid up and sugest to meet at modells and take off from there at approx. 5:30am If it takes 3 hours that would make our ETA around 8:30,gives us a lil time for B'fast.Or stops for gas etc.

we are hopefully planning to stay at my mother in laws house in NJ friday nite.
she is off exit 8 on the NJ tpke, which is halfway to AM.
im not a morning person...meeting you nassua guys at 5:30 means a 4:45 wake up.
there is a rest stop for food and ?gas at the next exit.
we could meet up there....just a thought.

just some fyi....as we were speaking about this today at the beach.
and you're right - the best part of going to the show is the cruise.
like i said ..me staying at my mother-in-laws was only just a thought.
this is just fyi.....as the crew was talking about getting food en route..
rest stop at nj tpke 8a-8; molly pitcher rest stop: sunoco, roy rogers, starbucks, arthur treachers, cinnabon, nathans and frozen smoothies. and at exit 7-7a; woodrow wilson rest stop: sunoco, blimpie, pizza hut, roy rogers and starbucks.
or just drive straight and stop for food right before we get there.

I would definitely say lets get off the highway to get breakfast..... like Denny's etc..

when do you guys want to stop for food? half way or right before we get there ? rob, any dennys or breakfast places around there?

I'm all registered up.

I plan on leaving as early as possible Saturday, avoid traffic and give time for food/cleaning at the show. Drop the top and enjoy that morning air!

I'll also be taking off Sat night. Sunday traffic is always worse.

Should be fun!!

I'm all resistered up ,I'll be taking off after show ,have a christening on sunday morning.

Considering staying overnight and leaving first thing sunday AM,The traffic on saturday eve will be a nightmare 3+ hrs. I recomend the stay and leave early sunday and beat the traffic..

the special rate is $90 with hot breakfast vs their regular rate of $110.

I probably wont see anyone before the show so if we could get the meet up time posted that would be great.

I’m fine staying at the Holiday Inn Express. It looks like rooms can be booked for $94.00 + taxes.
Arrangements for the room Probably can be made on that Saturday the 11th.
I don’t think Phoenixville, PA is the number 1 vacation destination in the USA.
We should have a back-up plan if we can’t get a room at the Holiday Inn.
