Well I'm gonna keep you guys informed as much as I can over the winter and through my progess on "Vanessa". Obivouslly named for my mrs. and our soon to be baby gurl or boy which we find out Friday. So I've broken down the creation into stages so I can keep moving forward. So Here we go.
05/15/2009: Well today was the official day I expeced the car to be finished and it is about 90% complete. Its running but needs to be tuned by Super Street. Then it is off to Northpoint for a paint job and then off to STW for something else. Quick video of where it's at now.
05/12/2009: All stages have been completed except the final bodywork and paint. A coupe of final dressup items will be going on next week and then I'm gonna bring the car down to Superstreet for some tuning and then finally off to the body shop and then possibly a little custom graphic work by our friend Steve at STW Graphics. I'm gonna post up a video tommorow of the car running it's sounds awesome.
01/23/2009: Stage 2 is complete check out pics below it came out awesome exactlly what I wanted it to look like. On to finishing up stage 3. Motor is almost ready to be dropped in. Engine Bay is 50% of the way smoothed and primed.
01/15/2009: Ordered new racing seats and carpet today should be here next week. engine bay is all completed still waiting for final fender panels to come then ready for engine paint. Got myself a paint booth to do the body paint this winter instead of waiting for warmer weather. Was able to find a 5.0 Harness and computer for $55 dollars off Ebay guess nobody was bidding that week.
01/03/2009: Built the rear seat delete today. And got most of the engine work as far as painting and polishing done. I'm waiting on the carpet and seats to come before I can finsih up the interior. Engine bay is half shaven waiting for some panels to come to finish it up. Definately by months end.
12/29/2008: Engine Bay is coming along nicely. I grinded and painted the K member and such and starting filling in the holes. I'm still waiting on fender well panels to come. I should have it finished by weeks end.
12/25/2008 UPDATE: Interior has been removed as well as engine harness and computer was pulled out. Starting on Engine Bay shaving now. Also picked up the motor the other day got some cleaning on it to do and polishing then it will be ready to go.

Yeah they were. The brackets that are supposed to be universal are crap. And thank god I kept the original brackets and just modified them a little to mount the seats but were good to go now. Definately worth it I found those seats online for 229 shipped. Good deal
