Gt45aniv ..... Please post instructions

Please post on how to post pics ..... I always mess it up.
So, I press the icon above that will say " upload pic "
Then i choose a pic from my iPad.
Then I press " upload image " or " host it " or something like that ........and nothing.

Please write us some instructions.

I have trouble also posting my own pics. I can post some pics from web sites by copying and paste the web address.There's gotta be a better way but sorry i dont know how. [wich pisses me off]
